Zutaten: 1000g Mehl Type 550 1000g Mehl Type 405 1 Würfel Hefe ca. 50 ml Öl ca. 1 TL Salz ca. 1 TL Zucker ca. 750 ml lauwarmes Wasser Herstellung: * Mehl in eine Schüssel geben und zu einem Vulkan formen * Salz und Öl am Hang des Vulkans verteilen * Zucker und Hefe im Krater verteilen * 2/3 des Wassers in den Krater gießen * Rühren/Kneten bis ein Teig entsteht (eventuell mehr Wasser zugeben) * Teig abdecken und stehen lassen bis er ca. 50% größer ist
