-Well, you've obviously already found the page where I document the flashing process. You definitely need a serial cable and you need to set up a TFTP server. If you're on a Mac, at least the TFTP part is easy, there's a nice tool called "Transfer" that just works. You can contact me via mail at "ap225 at nik.mx" for the firmware.
