  • 25g Farbmalz
  • 6,6g Target (Bitter-, Aromahopfung)
  • 6g Northdown (Bitter-, Aromahopfung)
  • 6,6g Challenger (Fein-, Aromahopfung)
  • 1pk Wyeast #1968

Rezept modifiziert:

  • 3000g Pilsner Malz (3 - 5 EBC)
  • 200g Maisflocken (flaked maize)
  • 25g Röstmalz / Farbmalz Carafa Spezial II ® (1100 - 1200 EBC)
  • 6,6g Cascade ca. 6,5% Alpha (Bitter-, Aromahopfung)
  • 6g Summit® ca. 15,8% Alpha (Bitter-, Aromahopfung)
  • 6,6g Fuggles ca. 4,3% Alpha (Fein-, Aromahopfung)
  • 1pk Wyeast #1318 - London Ale III
