Rezept

- 50g Fuggles ca. 4,3% Alpha (zum Kochnen)
- 1pk Wyeast #1007 - German Ale - Activator
Würzebereitung:
- 12,8 l Hauptguß
- 15 l Nachguss
Rasten:
- Einmaischen bei 65°C
- 1.Rast bei 62°C für 45 min
- 2.Rast bei 72°C bis Jodnormal (ca. 45min)
- Farbmalz zugeben für 15 min
- Abmaischen bei 78°C
Kochen:
Würzekochzeit: 90 min Hopfen 5 min nach Kochen
Gärung/Reifung:
- Stammwürze 12,0 °P
- Bittere 37 IBU
- Farbe 25 EBC
- Rezenz 4,5 g/l CO2
- Gärtemperatur 18 °C
- Alkoholgehalt 4,7 % Vol.
